Glutathione is sometimes used as a support during cancer treatment (e.g. to reduce the side effects of chemotherapy), but its intravenous administration is not standard and should not be administered alone.
The most important thing: in cancer, any additional therapy — including supplementation — should be agreed with the attending physician (oncologist). There are situations in which glutathione may affect the effectiveness of treatment (e.g. potentially reduce the effect of certain cytostatic agents), so the decision must be individually tailored to the patient's condition.
I do not recommend administering glutathione "on your own". Discuss this with your oncologist – they will assess whether the benefits outweigh the risks in a particular case and whether there are any contraindications.
