Yes, in most cases, after 5-6 hours from a small amount of alcohol, you can safely take magnesium and standard vitamins. Preparations such as magnesium do not interact significantly with a small amount of alcohol, especially after a few hours.

However, it is worth being careful when it comes to other drugs — especially those acting on the nervous system (sedatives, hypnotics), analgesics or some antibiotics, because here interactions can be important.

If you have been drinking alcohol in a small amount and you do not have symptoms such as dizziness, nausea or weakness, it is safe to take magnesium or vitamins. In the case of regular medication — it is good to check individual contraindications.
