If you are asking about the possibility of combining Cialis (Tadalafil) with other medicinal products, please read on.
Below is a list of preparations with which Tadalafil should NOT be combined:
1. Nitrates (Nitrocard, Sustonit, Effox, Mononit, Galpent) or other nitric oxide releasers (e.g. Nebivolol) - risk of dangerous pressure drop (including fainting)
2. Alpha-blockers e.g. doxazosin, Tamsulosin - risk of increased blood pressure lowering effects (caution should be exercised when used concomitantly with tadalafil and the time interval should be maintained)
3. Drugs that inhibit the action of liver enzymes (CYP3A4) e.g. Ketoconazole, Clarithromycin, Amiodarone, Diltiazem - concomitant use causes a risk of exacerbation of tadalafil effects.
