Kostarox and Dicloduo Combi belong to the same group of NSAIDs (non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs). Using both drugs at the same time can significantly increase the risk of gastrointestinal side effects (erosion, bleeding, abdominal pain).
A better solution is to use a different combination of painkillers, with different mechanisms of action, e.g.:
1) Kostarox/Dicloduo Combi + Paracetamol,
2) Kostarox/Dicloduo Combi + painkiller in the form of a gel, cream or skin patch (e.g. Dip rilif, Itami, Voltaren)

You can also use one drug first, and after the end of the treatment - the second. Painkillers should always be taken after a meal.
