Yes, if Depakine Chronosphere is not available in pharmacies at a dose of 750 mg, the use of doses of 500 mg and 250 mg can be considered - the content of sodium valproate and valproic acid obtained in this combination will be identical to that of 750 mg.
However, it is not recommended to divide the 500 mg dose in half - combining a 500 mg sachet and half of another 500 mg sachet will not allow you to obtain identical doses, moreover, it would be difficult to properly divide the drug in half at home.
