After the second day of dosing klacid 2x1 tablet, I noticed red spots on my neck and face and as if I had broken capillaries on my cheeks. Is this an adverse reaction to the drug? Should I stop the treatment?

The described ailments (red spots, dilated capillaries) may be a side effect of the drug (especially if the problem occurred after starting antibiotic therapy). Severe skin complaints are not a common side effect, but in clinical trials this type of phenomenon has been observed in some patients taking Klacid. I encourage you to consult your doctor about the possibility of changing the treatment.
