It depends on what exactly is the cause of your pain. Neurobion Advanced is a preparation containing B vitamins (B1, B6 and B12), which support nerve regeneration.
If the pain in the area of the fingers has a neurological basis, e.g. burning, numbness or a feeling of "walking on stone", then Neurobion will be effective.
If the pain is due to mechanical or inflammatory problems, such as joint degeneration, bunions, overload, metatarsal bone fatigue or inflammation, then anti-inflammatory drugs (e.g. ibuprofen) and rest are usually more effective in these cases.
