When should I start the next pack of Lenzetto after the end of the 28-day cycle of use if I am not menstruating?

The method of further dosage depends on the regimen recommended by your doctor, as Lenzetto can be used in two ways:
Continuous scheme (the most common): In this case, you do not take any break – you start the new pack immediately after the end of the previous one (day 29). Amenorrhea is then a natural phenomenon, especially if the doctor has also recommended taking progestogen daily.
Recurring schedule: If your doctor has recommended that you use your medicine for 21 or 28 days and then take a break (usually 4-7 days), you should wait a set number of days and start a new pack according to this plan, regardless of whether bleeding has occurred or not.
If you have not received precise instructions, it is safest to assume that hormone replacement therapy (HRT) is currently aimed at continuous administration without taking breaks to maintain constant hormone levels. Amenorrhea without a break in the use of the drug is a normal situation and does not require interruption of the treatment.
