Can Papilocare gel interfere with the copper spiral?

Information in the package leaflet of Papilocare:

"There are no data available on the use of Papilocare® with vaginal contraceptives (for example, vaginal ring, condom for women), therefore the use of Papilocare® by women using these contraceptives is not recommended."

For the same reason, it is difficult to assess the real impact of the gel on the effectiveness of the copper spiral. When using Papilocare, use a barrier protection during intercourse (condom).
