increase in sweating, seborrheic lesions of the facial skin, itching of the scalp, acne of the facial skin or mild acne dermatitis and moderately severe excessive hair mainly in women (hirsutism), headache, anxiety, mood changes, enlargement and tenderness of the nipples in men, menstrual disorders in women, angular alopecia of the male type, nausea, vomiting, increased appetite, swelling due to water and salt retention in the body, hypercalcemia (increased calcium levels in the blood), adverse changes in blood lipid composition (e.g. decrease in HDL levels), decreased tone of voice.

Very rare (may affect up to 1 in 10,000 people):

hepatitis, enlargement of the liver (hepatomegaly), mania (mental disorders characterized by elevated or irritable mood), non-life-threatening heart rhythm disorders, which disappear after discontinuation of the drug and the use of an appropriate drug (from the group of beta-blockers)."
