You should not "reset" or extend the treatment for an additional month on your own without consulting your doctor, as Duphaston (dydrogesterone) must be closely synchronized with your natural menstrual cycle. Skipping a whole month may have affected hormonal balance and the condition of the uterine mucosa, so the dosage regimen that was appropriate two months ago may now need to be adjusted.
The safest solution is to contact a gynaecologist, who will decide whether you should complete the originally planned two packs or start a new, three-month cycle of treatment. Arbitrary prolongation of hormone intake may lead to irregular bleeding or lack of the expected therapeutic effect.
