Hello, is it normal to make such gutters when using evra patches under which air gets or should I change this patch for a new one? On the gutters you can see that the patch does not stick to the skin, you can see slight gaps between the patch and the skin, so I'm not sure if the effectiveness of the patch is maintained?
If so, what effect does the peeling of the patch affect its effectiveness?

The patch is glued correctly. Small wrinkles on the edges of the patch are quite common. It can wrinkle because the skin is working (such wrinkles should not be a concern), and dirt can collect on the edges (this is also normal).
In this situation, please try pressing the patch with your hand for about 10 seconds; If the gutters still exist or the patch cannot be permanently smoothed, then it should be replaced with a new one.
