In order to quickly relieve inflammation, I recommend the use of topical preparations (suppositories or ointments) containing an anesthetic (e.g. lidocaine), which will relieve pain and burning almost immediately. It is worth choosing a combined product that additionally contains anti-inflammatory and vascular sealing substances (e.g. tribenoside) or horse chestnut extracts, e.g.:
