According to the manufacturer's information, after opening the bottle for the first time, the drug is valid for 4 months. It should not "spoil" during these 4 months, as long as it is stored properly. Manufacturer's recommendation: "Store in an upright position. Do not store above 25°C."
However, if you have noticed worrying changes in the appearance, smell or taste of the medicine, the safest thing to do would be to stop using it and buy a new package at the pharmacy, with a new prescription from your doctor.
