My 6-year-old son weighs 20 kg, he has tonsillitis. He was given the antibiotic ospen 750, 750,000 IU/5ml dosed 2 times a day of 10 ml for 10 days. Aren't these too high doses, according to the schedule of the drug, the doses should be lower?
