Should I change my Mounjaro withdrawal routine if I mistakenly took a higher dose?

I have been taking mounjaro since June 2025, since 7 weeks 5 mg. Since February, I wanted to start reducing the dose again to 25 mg in favor of diet and exercise. Today, when applying 5 mg, I realized that a week ago I took 10 mg :/ I don't know, I guess out of habit because I've always had a 5 mg pen. Will this disrupt my withdrawal process? I never wanted to take such high doses

If you have not noticed any discomfort in the last week with a higher dose, you will probably not experience them again. You can try to postpone/extend the withdrawal procedure by a week or two, but I don't think it will make much of a difference in the whole process.
