A heart rate at this level, especially one that has persisted since the second day, requires urgent medical consultation, especially in a person with a history of heart disease.
It is worth taking care of proper hydration on an ad hoc basis, avoiding exertion, stress, caffeine and nicotine, as well as checking whether there is an infection, fever or electrolyte deficiency.
Symbicort may make tachycardia worse in some people, so tell your doctor about your current symptoms and medications. Due to low blood pressure, it is not safe to take heart rate-lowering medications (e.g. beta-blockers) on your own without a doctor's decision. If you experience shortness of breath, chest pain, dizziness or weakness, you should seek medical attention urgently.
