Primolut can be used to delay menstruation, however, continuous intake for 2 months in a row at a dose of 2 tablets per day should be consulted with a doctor beforehand. Such a long use increases the risk of side effects such as spotting, headaches, nausea or hormonal disorders.
The drug does not have a contraceptive effect, so additional protection should be used during this time. If you plan to postpone your period for a longer period of time, your doctor may suggest a safer alternative.
