You cannot buy a drug containing methylphenidate hydrochloride with a prescription from Ukraine. In order to purchase a medicine, you need to have a properly issued Polish prescription (category Rpw - prescriptions of strict accounting, subject to special regulations regarding the method of issuing and execution). The prescription should be filled in a stationary pharmacy that dispenses psychotropic drugs and drugs containing narcotic substances.
