The described symptoms indicate incomplete elimination of pinworms and recurrence of ailments. You can use Pyrantelum - it contains a different active substance, but you should stop breastfeeding at this point. Pyrantelum should be repeated 2-3 weeks after the first dose. The effects of treatment may be visible only after 2-3 days of taking the drug.
