Is it normal for no decrease in blood pressure after 3 days of using Zofenil 30 mg?

I have been taking zofenil 30 for 3 days. I didn't even notice a minimal pressure reduction. Is this normal?

Yes, this is completely normal – Zofenil 30 (zofenopril), an ACE inhibitor, achieves full hypotensive effect only after 2-4 weeks of regular use, and the first effects may appear after a few days, but they are not always noticeable immediately.

Continue taking the medicine as directed by your doctor, and measure your blood pressure daily at fixed times (e.g. morning and evening) and record the results to assess the trend. If after 2 weeks there is still no improvement or symptoms such as dizziness or cough, please consult your doctor - you may need to adjust your dose or have an additional test (e.g. kidney).
