Doesn't this description of a chest X-ray indicate anything wrong? I was concerned about the phrase "Vascular cavities". Please reply quickly.

The interpretation of the test results is done by the doctor. The pharmacist is not authorized in this regard.
Vascular cavities (i.e. enlarged blood vessels) can be the result of chronic lung disease, recent lung disease, hypertension, etc., but they can also occur in completely healthy people
Therefore, further diagnostics are necessary. The description is only a guideline for the doctor and further tests may be needed.
