First, you should see a doctor who will conduct a qualification (interview, examination) and issue a prescription for the vaccine. The prescription should be filled at a stationary pharmacy. Vaccination of children takes place in primary health care facilities - it may be necessary to sign up for vaccination in advance. Patients who are not insured in Poland must take into account the need to pay fees for all medical procedures performed (prices may vary depending on the facility, on average 200-300 per visit plus an additional vaccination fee). You must have your child's identity document (e.g. passport) with you.
