Yes, only 0 or 1 is visible on the dial, with 1 indicating the full dose of the drug. For each dose, proceed as described in the comment below and in the package leaflet.
But does the syringe only have the numbers 0 and 1 out of 4 doses? Or even 2,3 and 4

Each Mounjaro kwikpen contains 4 doses of the drug.
The method of proceeding is the same every time:
1. remove the cap and disinfect the needle attachment site
2. Then screw on the needle and remove its cover
3. turn the dosage knob one line and press the plunger - a drop of medicine should appear
4. Turn the dose knob to the number 1 position (if the full dose is used)
5. Disinfect the skin at the injection site, insert the pen at a right angle, and slowly press the plunger.
