Bisocard (bisoprolol) and Flecainide are drugs used in the treatment of heart rhythm disorders, but their combination requires strict medical supervision.
RSR syndrome in V1-V2 leads may suggest the presence of conduction of the right branch block type or features of Brugadengo syndrome, therefore, a detailed cardiac evaluation is necessary before initiating antiarrhythmic therapy, including Flecainide, the ECG result alone does not determine this.
Flecainide is effective, but it may exacerbate arrhythmias in some patients, especially with structural heart disease or other predispositions to ventricular arrhythmias. Bisocard (bisoprolol) can be used for arrhythmias, but its choice depends on the type of arrhythmia and the state of heart function.
