After stopping Duphaston use, menstruation usually occurs within 7-14 days, although this time may vary depending on the individual body's reaction and the reason for previous treatment.
If bleeding does not occur within about two weeks, it is worth consulting a doctor to rule out other causes of amenorrhea. In some cases, your doctor may recommend hormonal control or adjustment of further treatment.
