Numbness of the fingers is not a typical side effect of Espiro (eplerenone), but it can occur indirectly, e.g. as a result of electrolyte disorders – especially changes in potassium levels. This symptom should be consulted with a doctor and have follow-up blood tests (electrolytes, potassium levels, sodium).

If the numbness persists or worsens, do not stop taking the medicine on your own – the decision on further treatment should be made by the doctor. If you are not able to use a stationary visit, I attach a link to the online teleconsultation:
