Numbness of the fingers is not a typical side effect of Espiro (eplerenone), but it can occur indirectly, e.g. as a result of electrolyte disorders – especially changes in potassium levels. This symptom should be consulted with a doctor and have follow-up blood tests (electrolytes, potassium levels, sodium).
