Currently, there is not enough research in this area, so caution should be exercised.
However, there are no absolute contraindications to combining Medikinet CR with NALT and rhodiola rosea. Supplementation can be introduced by observing the body's response, if alarming symptoms are observed, supplementation should be absolutely stopped.
It is known that N-acetyl-L-tyrosine (NALT) in combination with methylphenidate (Medikinet) can overstimulate the nervous system, causing e.g. insomnia, anxiety, sleep problems, palpitations or increased blood pressure.
Rhodiola rosea, on the other hand, can intensify the stimulating effect of methylphenidate, which can also negatively affect, for example, sleep.
The effect of Medikinet lasts up to 10 hours, so it is worth keeping the interval between supplements and the drug as long as possible to avoid side effects.
