Hello, I've been taking mysimba for about a month. Everything was ok, I see that the weight of the powiła is decreasing, but I have been feeling dizzy for a few days, has anyone had a similar thing?

Dizziness is one of the possible side effects of Mysimba and may affect around 10-11% of patients.
These symptoms are often temporary, especially at the beginning of therapy, but if dizziness is severe or persists, it is worth consulting a doctor. You can also pay attention to the correct intake of the medicine, e.g. avoid taking it in the late afternoon, and take care of proper hydration and avoid sudden changes in body position.
