She uses evra contraceptive patches.
I've been on the 2nd patch and I have a shift day on Fridays.
Today (Thursday) I mistakenly changed to 3 patches. My questions are:
1. Is the effectiveness maintained? 2. Should the change of the patch (or more precisely, the removal of the last one) take place next Thursday or Friday? 3. Has the day I put on the patch changed?

The effectiveness is maintained and there is no reason to worry.
The last 3rd patch should be removed on Thursday and from that day onwards, count a 7-day break for withdrawal bleeding. On the following Thursday, you should start a new package. Now Thursday will be the "Day of the Band-Aid Change" for you.
