In the case of even partial detachment of the contraceptive patch, there is an insufficient release of the active substances of the preparation.

If the time when the patch was partially peeled off exceeded 24 hours, or you do not know when it was detached, protection against pregnancy may not be maintained. In this case, you should change it to a new one immediately after noticing that the patch is peeling off (new "day 1" of patch application). It is also necessary to use an additional, non-hormonal method of contraception (condoms) for the next 7 days.
