Can I start treatment (0.25 mg injection) during menstruation? I just got my period on Thursday, and today (Friday) evening I was supposed to do my first injection. I would not like to start treatment during the week or postpone it to the next weekend.

You can start treatment regardless of the phase of your cycle. Ozempic is designed for long-term use and at some point you will definitely have to take an injection during your period. Some patients may see a change in the regularity of the cycle - especially at the beginning of treatment.
