Tizanor (tizanidine) has a relaxing effect on the muscles, and the effect can last for several hours to about a day, depending on the dose and the individual sensitivity of the body.
After one tablet, the muscle relaxation should gradually subside, but if the difficulty in walking persists for more than 24 hours or worsens, you should contact your doctor. Do not take another pill on your own until the effect of the previous one wears off, to avoid the risk of over-sedation of the muscles or a drop in blood pressure.
