Is it normal that 2 hours after taking Citrafleet still has no effect?
My husband has a colonoscopy tomorrow morning and after 2 hours still nothing... Is it possible that it is because he did not let the product cool before drinking it

The manufacturer recommends drinking a cooled preparation, which may be related, for example, to better acceptance of the drug in this form. There is no information on the possible ineffectiveness of the warm solution.
Some patients may have to wait a while longer for Citrafleet to take effect. Remember to consume the right amount of clear liquids (2 liters) at a rate of about 400 ml per hour. You should start taking fluids 10 minutes after drinking Citrafleet.
