Trixeo works mainly within the respiratory tract, so it does not directly affect the strength of the arm muscles.
Trixeo Aerosphere is indicated for maintenance treatment in adult patients with moderate to severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). The preparation contains β2-agonist, cholinolytic and glucocorticoid.
If this does not improve, it does not mean that the medicine is being used incorrectly, but rather that the symptom of arm weakness has a different cause than the one on which the preparation works. It is worth consulting your attending physician to assess the cause of muscle weakness and possibly perform additional tests.
