According to the information contained in the documents of the drug manufacturer:
"In clinical trials, the most commonly reported adverse reactions (incidence ≥ 10%) experienced in patients during treatment with Epclusa for 12 weeks were headache, fatigue and nausea. These and other adverse reactions were reported at a similar frequency in patients treated with placebo compared to patients treated with Epclusa."
