What eye drops can be used for irritation from long work at the computer?

Please advise. I spend almost 10 hours a day at the computer. I have the impression that sometimes I see as if through fog, indistinctly. Could you recommend me eye drops that somehow regenerate, cleanse the eyes. I was at the ophthalmologist and everything was ok. The doctor recommended buying drops without a prescription but did not give any specifics so please help and the name of good drops that will help me. Thank you in advance for your reply.
