Rostil Max is an over-the-counter drug. The active substance of the drug is calcium dobezylate monohydrate, which acts on the endothelium and the basal layer of capillaries. It reduces excessive permeability of capillaries and reduces their brittleness and increases their strength. Indications for use of the drug are (according to the leaflet):

- treatment of symptoms of chronic insufficiency of venous circulation of the lower limbs (pain, cramps, feeling of heaviness in the legs, tingling, numbness, swelling, skin lesions due to blood stasis), varicose veins of the lower limbs,
- symptomatic treatment of anal varicose veins (hemorrhoids).

Recommended dosage for adults: 1 tablet 1-2 times a day. Depending on the indication or severity of symptoms, the duration of therapy can range from several weeks to several months.

It is difficult to clearly determine why the drug does not help. I do not know in what indication it is used, for how long, in what dose, whether it is used regularly. If the drug has been used for a long time, according to the information contained in the leaflet and still no improvement is visible, I encourage you to consult a doctor. After conducting an interview, he or she will select a more effective therapy in your case.
