Dicloberl (diclofenac, an anti-inflammatory drug) and Amoxiklav (amoxicillin with clavulanic acid, an antibiotic) can be combined if prescribed together by your doctor. Such a combination is sometimes used, for example, in infections accompanied by inflammation and pain.

Diclofenac can cause irritation of the stomach mucosa, so it is worth taking it after a meal.
