I have this question, maybe quite stupid, but today when taking the contraceptive pill I washed it down with water as usual, about a moment after that, maybe 3 minutes, I started coughing very hard because I have a cold, could the already swallowed pill "fall out" as a result of this?

There is no need for this, protection is provided and there is no need to take an additional tablet.

So I certainly don't have to protect myself additionally? Maybe it's worth it?

There is no way for the pill to fall out of the mouth when coughing if it was swallowed three minutes earlier. At that time, under the influence of esophageal peristalsis and the force of gravity, the tablet had already moved to the further sections of the gastrointestinal tract and was not in the throat. Therefore, there is no way for it to get out of the body unnoticed.
