It is enough for an adult to go to the pharmacy on their own to fill a prescription. You need to know the prescription code and your PESEL number. No additional authorizations needed.
All I have to do is come with him and ask him to dispense the product with a prescription, without any consent from the parent, right?
I have to write something on a piece of paper that he has permission from me? Or just to be with me or he should go and give him my PESEL number and prescription code

Yes, an adult friend can fill a prescription for a 17-year-old.

Only an adult can fill a prescription for medical marijuana at a pharmacy.
A written consent from a parent is not enough, an adult must be present – not necessarily a parent. Because it is a narcotic drug, a minor will not be able to fill such a prescription at a pharmacy, even if the drug has been prescribed for them.
