The described situation does not constitute a basis for the pharmacy to accept your return of the medicine. In accordance with the applicable provisions of the pharmaceutical law, a pharmacy generally does not accept the return of medicines, even if they are unused and have a receipt. The exception is when the drug is defective in quality, has been improperly dispensed or is falsified. Fear of taking the drug is not grounds for a refund.
