Good evening. I have a question. I have been taking Triticco one tablet a day for almost two weeks. My period was late and it came today, but because of that I got a bad headache. I used compresses, but they didn't help, so I took pyralgin, because this was the only painkiller I had. Only after taking it turned out that it was until March. First of all, I was stressed that it was past the due date, and secondly, whether it would hurt to take Triticco..:(

A single intake of expired Pyralgina should not cause serious side effects, but drugs after the expiration date may have reduced effectiveness and do not guarantee full safety.
Pyralgine (metamizole) and Tritticco (trazodone) have no direct known interactions, so the risk of side effects from this is low. If the headache persists or other disturbing symptoms appear, it is worth consulting a doctor.
