Before going to Japan, there are no mandatory vaccinations for people from Poland.
However, it is recommended to take several basic vaccines, even though it is not legally required.
Among the recommended vaccinations is, for example, the vaccine against Japanese encephalitis (especially if you plan to stay in rural, wetland areas), moreover, it is worth considering vaccination as before any other trip – against hepatitis A and B (viral hepatitis).
The vaccine can also be taken in some pharmacies.
