Good afternoon! Is there a competent specialist or an oncologist with practice who will give advice and recommendations, whether any antiparasitic drug such as Invermectin or Mebendazole will help with lung adenocarcinoma stage 3 .. Traditional treatment did not give much results and the tumor did not shrink.. If it makes sense to take some drug, then how to take it?

Both of these drugs are repositioned for cancers of various types.
The dosage of ivermectin is between 0.5 and 2mg per kg, depending on the aggressiveness of the cancer, the stage and whether it is solid cancer.
Mebendazole dosage of 40mg per kg.
At the Hopkins Medical Institute in Houston, they dose up to 5 grams per day. They do not dose other repositioned drugs.
At the Care Oncology Clinic in London, they dose mebendazole 200mg per day, in a protocol with 3 other repositioned drugs.
It is doxycycline that is administered for 4 weeks, alternating with mebendazole for 6 weeks.
In addition, metformin and simvastatin are constantly used.
You can easily find clinical trials on the terms ivermectin lung cancer dosage and mebendazole lung cancer dosage.
There are many other drugs repositioned for cancer, in addition to these 5 mentioned.
Search for medicines repurposed lung cancer.
You will probably find information about niclosamide, griseofulvine.
As for side effects, they can be avoided by dosing multiple drugs repositioned at low doses, instead of dosing only one drug at a high dose.
In addition, each of these drugs has a different mechanism of action on cancer, which increases the chances of effective treatment.
Drugs can strengthen each other, including synergistically strengthening each other.
These drugs can also enhance oncological chemotherapy, and clinical trials in this direction are being conducted.
I have orbital cancer, pressure on the eye . I've been taking Mebendazole for a few months now. The pressure subsided, and so did the pain in the eye. The tumor is still there, so I will continue, but with breaks so that it does not become immune. I took doses of 200 mg twice a day. Now I'm going to try 1000mg a day for two weeks and a week off. These are safe doses for children in clinical trials. We'll see what happens. Best regards.

Mebendazole and Ivermectin are antiparasitic drugs and should be used for this purpose. Taking these drugs as an alternative oncological "therapy" is fraught with the risk of poisoning and deterioration of the patient's health.
Since 2024, research has been underway on the possibility of using Ivermectin-derived compounds in oncological medicine. Cytotoxicity and selectivity for cancer cells are evaluated. Work is also underway to create a drug molecule that would have a chance to enter the body and perform a specific function without harming the patient. At the moment - there is no such preparation, and the use of Ivermectin alone may do more harm than good.
