Mounjaro is a preparation obtained only with a prescription. There is no other way to "get" the drug than to fill a properly issued prescription. Perhaps the doctor does not want to recommend treatment for Mounjaro due to contraindications or concomitant diseases, the course of which could be exacerbated during the treatment. Contraindications include, for example, severe gastrointestinal ailments or a history of pancreatitis. I encourage you to consult the problem with another doctor or obesitologist/diabetologist specialist. It is worth remembering that an inseparable procedure related to weight reduction - in addition to pharmacotherapy - is a proper diet and physical activity.
