Yes, you can. KwikPen and Mounjaro vials contain the same medicine, tirzepatide, but in different forms of administration.
KwikPen is a multi-dose pre-automatic pen that contains 4 doses, while the vials are single-dose. Dispensing one KwikPen is equivalent to dispensing four vials (and vice versa). In the event of a change, an appropriate annotation should be added to the prescription documentation.
