Groin pain after administration of Prolia (denosumab) may be one of the side effects as this drug can cause musculoskeletal pain, including pain in the limbs and joints. If the pain persists for a long time or intensifies, it is worth consulting a doctor to rule out other causes.
The use of nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) is usually acceptable to relieve pain, but caution should be exercised, especially if there are other medical conditions (e.g., stomach, kidney, or heart problems). If the pain persists, a change in treatment or additional diagnostics may be necessary.
