Is it normal that after the first Mounjaro injection I do not have any side effects like nausea, vomiting or diarrhea?

It's been three days since I had my first Mounjaro injection, I didn't have any symptoms of nausea or vomiting and diarrhea, is it strange or normal?

Yes, it is possible and does not have to mean anything alarming. Mounjaro (tirzepatide) can cause side effects, but these do not affect all patients. Every body reacts differently – the lack of side effects may mean that you tolerate the drug well.

If any discomfort occurs in the following days or weeks, it may also be a normal reaction of the body to therapy. If in doubt, it is worth consulting your attending physician. If you are not able to make a face-to-face visit, I attach a link to the online teleconsultation:
