Wegovy very often causes gastrointestinal disorders (nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, heartburn), which is partly due to the mechanism of action of the drug - semaglutide delays gastric emptying, increasing the feeling of satiety and fullness, m.in. In some cases, the side effects are so severe that they prevent further treatment. I suggest using an easily digestible, low-fat diet, without sweets and highly processed products. If the situation does not improve, it is advisable to consult a gastroenterologist.
